Storms Strike Texas, Leaving Thousands Without Power

Strong winds, rain and hail hit state, following spate of deadly weather events in May. Severe storms brought 70 mph winds, heavy rain and golf-ball-size hail to Texas Tuesday, downing power lines and leaving nearly a million homes and businesses without power.
