Louis Vuitton Unveils a Luxe Limited-Edition Watch

There are few things more luxurious than a high-quality timepiece, and Louis Vuitton’slatest Escale watch proves just that.

Inspired by the Maison’s iconic trunks, the new dial is crafted with time-honoured traditions of guilloché engraving and grand feu enamel techniques. Both practices are centuries old, and result in one-of-a-kind designs that include intricate, repetitive patterns and a lustrous, smooth sheen.

Between its luxe sapphire display, platinum case, 18-karat white gold hands and calfskin leather strap, it’s no surprise that this release is extremely limited. So much so that only 50 of these timepieces have been created — which is indicated by a discreet rose gold plaque on each watch, forever reminding the wearer of its exclusivity.
